据知情人士透露，三名高管已离开瑞穗金融集团驻新加坡和伦敦的外汇和利率交易团队。
因讨论人事问题而不愿具名的知情人士表示，离职人员包括亚洲（日本除外）利率和外汇交易主管Robert Reilly、亚洲（日本除外）外汇交易主管Alexandre Manakyan。知情人士称，驻伦敦的欧洲政府债券交易主管Amedeo Scippacercola已于6月辞职。
而当前日本的其他金融公司据悉正在增加员工，利率上升促进了对专业交易的需求。
根据新加坡金融管理局的金融机构代表登记处信息，Reilly和Manakyan已于6月停止在瑞穗工作。
