新浪科技讯 7月1日上午消息，美团官方发布消息表示，美团即日起正式推出“浣熊食堂”。

　　据悉，“浣熊食堂”是美团为餐饮行业探索建设的放心外卖基础设施，以线下投资建设的集中式外卖厨房为基础，以“全程可视可追溯”为运营原则，延伸至餐饮全链条，联合商家共同保障食品安全。自2024年12月24日试点以来，“浣熊食堂”已在北京、杭州等地运营了10家门店，超过100个餐饮商家加入，共同服务了数十万消费者。

　　美团表示，未来三年，美团将在全国各地投资建设1200家“浣熊食堂”，帮助超过上万家餐饮商家实现放心外卖的品质升级，建设好餐饮外卖的食品安全基础设施。“浣熊食堂”将向所有类型的餐饮商家开放。只要符合美团的食品安全标准，按照透明开放原则进行运营和改造，均可入驻。美团为商家提供食品安全的全链条服务，包括从供应链、明厨亮灶再到数字化运营的全套基建。（罗宁）
