Eastern Air Logistics to Renew Logistics Deal With China Eastern Airlines

Eastern Air Logistics (SHA:601156) plans to renew a cargo logistics deal with China Eastern Airlines (HKG:0670, SHA:600115) for two more years, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Tuesday.

Under the deal, China Eastern Airlines will provide daily support services to the Chinese integrated logistics services provider for operating cargo logistics businesses. These will include aircraft and cargo maintenance, customs declaration, and information technology support.

Eastern Air Logistics will also provide airline company services, including ramp transport, cargo terminal, and peer supply chain and security screening.

The deal, which is subject to shareholders' approval, is valid between Jan. 1, 2026, and Dec. 31, 2028.
