BlockBeats 消息，7 月 1 日，据 The Information 报道，摩根士丹利称，埃隆·马斯克旗下 xAI 公司除了筹集 50 亿美元的债务融资外，还筹集了 50 亿美元的股权资金。摩根士丹利是此次债务交易的顾问，但未披露债务或股权投资者的具体名单。
xAI 曾于去年 12 月从包括 Andreessen Horowitz、贝莱德、Lightspeed Venture Partners 和 MGX 在内的投资者处筹集了 60 亿美元，用于建设 AI 数据中心，并改进其类 ChatGPT 产品 Grok。随后，xAI 以全股票交易的方式收购了马斯克的社交媒体公司 X，合并后公司估值达 1130 亿美元。
据一位知情人士透露，此次债务融资中包括：收益率为 12.5% 的 30 亿美元债券、一笔利率为 12.5% 的 10 亿美元固定利率定期贷款，以及一笔利率为基准利率上浮 7.25 个百分点、以每美元 96 美分折价发售的 10 亿美元定期贷款。
