2025年6月27日，中诚信国际公布评级报告，平安国际融资租赁有限公司2021年公开发行公司债券(第四期)(品种一)跟踪评级获“AAA”评级。
本次跟踪维持主体及债项上次评级结论，主要基于平安国际融资租赁有限公司（以下称“平安租赁”或“公司”）强大的股东背景，良好的业务发展前景，多元化的业务布局，以及汽融商用车事业群具有突出经营优势，持续拓宽的融资渠道及较强的资本实力；同时，中诚信国际关注到，外部环境对公司资产质量造成不利影响、市场竞争加剧或将挤压公司利差空间、资产负债期限错配对偿债安排和流动性管理带来挑战、业务规模较大对风险控制和人力资源提出更高要求等因素对公司经营及信用状况形成的影响。
中诚信国际认为，平安国际融资租赁有限公司信用水平在未来12~18个月内将保持稳定。
