目前领航医药生物科技公司总市值达 3.71 亿港元，约合 4726 万美元。Conflux（CFX）代币总市值达 3.93 亿美元，暂列加密货币市值排行榜第 138 位。
BlockBeats 此前报道，领航医药生物科技 (00399) 发布公告，于 2025 年 6 月 30 日，公司 (作为买方) 已与卖方 (Northwestern Foundation) 及 Conflux 订立谅解备忘录，内容有关收购目标公司全部股权的潜在收购事项，前提为目标公司按照与公司的协议完成收购 Conflux 资产。订立谅解备忘录表明公司致力透过潜在收购事项进军数码创新行业，以发展此新业务分部。公司认为此举不但可令集团业务更多元化，亦可为集团带来新溢利增长动力。
