联合资信评级报告认为，中国建银投资有限责任公司（以下简称“公司”）作为中国投资有限责任公司（以下简称“中投公司”）旗下重要全资子公司，具备很强股东背景及综合实力。公司在金融、投资与资产经营领域广泛布局，业务涵盖信托、基金、融资租赁、股权投资、不动产经营、咨询等，同时参股证券、银行、保险等机构，2024年，公司经营发展稳健，内控及风险管理水平较好。财务方面，2024年，公司收入及利润同比有所增长，保持较好盈利能力；截至2024年末，公司资本实力很强，整体杠杆水平较低；合并口径偿债指标整体表现尚可。
