智通财经APP讯，安靠智电(300617.SZ)发布公告，近期，公司与四川省输变电工程公司组成的联合体与青海创拓新能源科技有限公司签署了项目合同；公司控股子公司河南安靠电力工程设计有限公司(以下简称“河南安靠”)与宜阳县润时新能源有限公司签署了项目合同。上述两份合同合计金额为人民币7969.2万元，约占公司2024年度经审计的营业收入的7.34%。
