Vonovia's CMD Is Unlikely to Change Investor Sentiment -- Market Talk

0826 GMT - Vonovia's capital markets day is unlikely to change investors' view, and sentiment will probably stay the same until the new chief executive joins, Jefferies analysts say in a research note. The German real estate company's midterm guidance set last year is increasingly under investor scrutiny. Rather than offering new strategic direction, the event served as a technical walk-through of non-rental growth initiatives that underpin the midterm guidance, Jefferies says. "While the initiatives are conceptually interesting, the company failed to articulate how each will translate into Ebitda by 2028," the analysts say. Shares trade 0.9% lower at 29.97 euros.
