Bunge Global (BG) said Wednesday it has completed its merger with Viterra, creating a global agribusiness company.
The company said that as previously announced, its Chief Executive Officer Greg Heckman and Chief Financial Officer John Neppl will lead the combined company, with Viterra CEO David Mattiske serving as co-chief operating officer together with Julio Garros.
