智通财经APP讯，港仔机器人(00370)发布公告，于2025年7月2日，公司非全资附属公司香港仔机器人有限公司(香港仔机器人，作为卖方)与通宏护卫有限公司(通宏护卫，作为买方)就采购具身智能安保机器人订立采购合作协议。
根据采购合作协议，香港仔机器人及通宏护卫协定(其中包括)，自采购合作协议日期起两年内，于香港采购具身智能安保机器人的数量将不少于1000台，具身智能安保机器人单价为人民币30万元，合约总额为人民币3亿元。首批采购预计为50-100台具身智能安保机器人，后续批次将为每次交付100台。
通宏护卫为香港保安业协会会员，为香港公营及私营界别提供安保服务。
