中原(工商铺)表示，获业主独家代理负责销售毗邻土瓜湾重建项目的飞达工商业中心逾1.5万平方呎的一篮子地铺，总意向价约8,000万元。
中原(工商铺)工商部高级分区营业董事杨法忠表示，是次放售物业位于土瓜湾木厂街3至3B号、宋皇台道62至68号及九龙城道210至230号飞达工商业中心地下 7，8及9号铺及地库D1A号铺，将以交吉形式放售。物业总建筑面积共约15,878平方呎，业主叫价约8,000万元，折合呎价约5,038元。
杨法忠称，是次放售物业邻近车房林立的土瓜湾“十三街”，周边地铺多为地厂用途，而是次放售物业之地契则为该区较为矜罕的商铺用途；相对于地厂契，铺契物业在使用上有更大灵活度，租用范围亦更加广泛，价值更高，投资潜力更大。(ha/u)
