Conflux 为一间于中国香港注册成立的有限公司，主要从事开发区块链技术。目标公司为一间将由卖方在开曼群岛注册成立并由卖方全资拥有的有限公司。公司正积极发掘新商机，令收益来源多元化，并实施策略计划以提升表现，且公司拟扩充业务至区块链技术，进军数码创新行业。
订立谅解备忘录表明公司致力透过潜在收购事项进军数码创新行业，以发展此新业务分部。公司认为此举不但可令集团业务更多元化，亦可为集团带来新溢利增长动力。
