消息面上，香港政府统计处日前发表最新的零售业销货额数字。数据显示，香港5月份零售业临时总销货值为313.19亿港元，同比升2.4%，结束连续14个月同比下跌的情况。瑞银认为，香港5月零售销售好过预期，租户销售持续改善，有利于经营零售租赁的发展商，包括希慎等。该行预计6月份零售销售将继续有低单位数升幅。大摩也表示，近期的14个月以来首个正增长的零售销售数据可能为其股价带来正面反应。
