2025年6月30日，来自江苏南京的南京司凯奇汽车科技有限公司的实质控股公司Scage International Limited司凯奇国际有限公司(简称司凯奇)成功借壳SPAC(特殊目的收购公司)Finnovate Acquisition Corp. (FNVT)，正式在美国纳斯达克挂牌上市，其股票代码为SCAG。
司凯奇，作为一家中国领先的零排放技术提供商，致力于通过其先进的重型新能源商用车产品组合及创新的清洁燃料系统，加速推动全球商用交通的脱碳转型。通过与顶级车企的战略合作及严格的质量管理体系，公司提供智能化、高性能的新能源车辆，广泛服务于物流、矿产及港口运输等场景。公司在新一代重型新能源商用车的设计、生产与测试方面拥有成熟的经验，代表产品包括龙王II插电式混合动力自卸卡车、银河II插电式混合动力卡车，以及自动驾驶牵引车。凭借其对清洁能源和未来出行的前瞻性思考，Scage正积极引领重型商用车行业向可持续发展转型。
