MDxHealth CFO Kalfus Resigns

MDxHealth Chief Financial Officer Ron Kalfus has resigned to pursue other opportunities.

The diagnostics company said Thursday that Kalfus will continue to serve as CFO until July 30. Vice President of Finance and Accounting Scott McMahan will then take over as interim CFO.

Kalfus has worked as CFO of the company since 2019.

MDxHealth also said Thursday that Michael Holder will join the company's board as an audit committee chair. Holder succeeds Regine Slagmulder, whose term completed in May.
