根据 Sunil 提供的文件显示，FTX 将寻求法律意见，如果可以向潜在的受限制外国司法管辖区进行分配，则将会这样做，如果确定居民属于受限制外国司法管辖区，索赔将产生争议，则可能将没收分配。
