智通财经APP获悉，容大科技(09881)跌超13%，盘中低见9.3港元创上市新低。截至发稿，跌11.02%，报9.61港元，成交额617.55万港元。
消息面上，7月3日晚，容大科技发布公告称，已接获福建省厦门市中级人民法院发出的民事起诉。根据民事起诉，厦门顶尖电子有限公司（原告）已针对容大科技及A先生提出民事诉讼索偿，并已寻求法院颁令，请求容大科技停止进行侵犯原告商业机密的所有行动，并停止开发、生产和销售原告指控侵权的衡器产品。此外，原告正寻求中级法院颁令，请求容大科技及A先生就指控侵权及民事起诉所有相关费用的损害（实际损害赔偿乘以罚款乘数再加上维权费用）赔偿共约2亿元。中级人民法院将于2025年7月22日审理民事起诉。
容大科技否认原告的指控，另表示原告多年来一直针对集团提出多项法律索偿，而原告在重审裁决及重审上诉裁决的索偿均未胜诉。尽管原告曾向公司提出索偿未果，公司仍将在民事起诉中聘请专业人士积极抗辩，保障公司及股东的利益。
