金吾财讯 | 万国数据(09698)延续升势，截至发稿，涨8.06%，报32.85港元，成交额8579.49万港元。隔夜美股万国数据(GDS)高收10.2%，报33.98美元。万国数据公布，其南方万国数据中心封闭式基础设施证券投资基金(C-REIT)于上海证券交易所首次公开披露的最终发售价已厘定为每份额3元人民币（单位下同），乃于机构询价获超额认购166倍完成后厘定。C-REIT将发行合共8亿隐捐款，相当于IPO完成后已发行捐款的100%。C-REIT将预募捐款24亿元。万国数据表示，作为全国首批、上交所首单落地的新型基础设施REITs项目，南方万国数据中心REIT成为继全国首单数据中心持有型不动产ABS挂牌后，万国数据在资产证券化领域取得的又一突破。万国数据董事长兼首席执行官黄伟表示：“作为中国数据中心行业的领军企业，我们很高兴能通过REITs这一创新工具盘活存量资产，优化资本结构。此次发行不仅为投资者提供了高分红、低波动的优质资产选择，也将助力公司加速战略转型。”
