消息面上，7月3日，国家药监局发布优化全生命周期监管支持高端医疗器械创新发展有关举措的公告。其中指出，支持国家层面高质量发展行动计划等产业政策中涉及的高端医疗器械加快上市。加强人工智能、生物材料“揭榜挂帅”产品的注册指导，配合相关部门出台基于脑机接口技术的医疗器械产品支持政策。对依法作出附条件批准的高端医疗器械，探索附条件批准的具体要求。
民生证券指出，据麦肯锡测算，全球脑机接口在严肃医疗应用潜在规模为150亿—850亿美元，消费医疗应用潜在规模为250亿—600亿美元。截至2024年底，我国脑机接口产业累计发明专利和实用新型专利数量超2000项，历年申请数量呈波动上升的态势。在政策的强力支持下，我国脑机接口正处于由基础研究向临床应用转化的重要阶段。
