BlockBeats 消息，7 月 4 日，链上侦探 ZachXBT 在社交媒体上发文爆料，阿联酋当局已拘留去中心化金融协议 WhiteRock Finance 创始人 Ildar Ilham，指控其通过博彩平台 ZKasino 实施 3000 万美元诈骗。
案件细节显示，ZKasino 平台在 2024 年 4 月上线时曾承诺向特定用户空投原生代币，但一年多过去仍未兑现。今年 4 月，荷兰当局已逮捕一名 26 岁涉案人员（据传为加密货币界名人 Elham Nourzai），罪名包括欺诈、挪用公款和洗钱。
ZachXBT 指出，Ilham 的逮捕与 Nourzai 及 ZKasino 的调查有关，目前正在办理将其引渡至荷兰的手续。另一名疑似涉案人员 Lior Ben Zakan 暂未被提及。
