智通财经APP讯，LHN(01730)公布，于2025年6月30日，由于成本及效用原因，公司董事会一致批准建议除牌及公司于2025年7月4日向香港联交所提交申请自愿撤销股份于香港联交所主板的上市地位。公司拟于建议除牌后保持其股份于新交所的现有主要上市地位。
于建议除牌后，股东可选择(i)持有股份(于最后买卖日期后将不再于香港联交所买卖);或(ii)待股份存托于CDP及办妥必要手续并符合适用法律后，持有于新交所上市及买卖的股份。
