7月4日，有消息称，悦诗风吟Innisfree日前关闭其天猫海外旗舰店，平台显示该店铺商品已全部下架。
对此，悦诗风吟母公司爱茉莉太平洋回应称，“此次调整是品牌为进一步整合资源、开辟并致力于构建更高效渠道而采取的举措，旨在为消费者提供更优质的服务与互动体验。”
爱茉莉太平洋表示，中国一直都是悦诗风吟品牌重要的业务市场。品牌已入局当下护肤市场中高潜力的“自然高功效”美妆赛道，并且计划在中国市场推出全新升级的保湿修护绿茶玻尿酸系列和抗氧抗皱的红茶多肽系列；在数字化转型方面，悦诗风吟已全面布局全域电商生态，并入驻天猫、京东、抖音等主流电商及社交平台；同时开拓线下新渠道，并已经入局KKV、调色师等新零售渠道和传统CS渠道，以更创新的产品和服务满足中国消费者的多元化需求。
此外，爱茉莉太平洋中国正紧密围绕“顾客导向的研发创新”、“数字化转型的加速推进”及“面向未来的可持续发展”三大核心战略，持续提升品牌矩阵挖掘业绩增长潜力。（闫妍）
