据印度经济时报周五援引知情人士报道报道，美国快餐连锁品牌肯德基和必胜客的所有者百胜餐饮集团（Yum Brands YUM.N）正在商谈促成其印度特许经营商德瓦尼国际（Devyani International）和蓝宝石食品（Sapphire Foods ）的合并事宜。
