智通财经APP获悉，光伏股多数上扬，截至发稿，信义能源(03868)涨6.67%，报1.28港元；凯盛新能(01108)涨4.4%，报4.98港元；协鑫科技(03800)涨3.81%，报1.09港元；新特能源(01799)涨2.45%，报5.86港元；信义光能(00968)涨1.09%，报2.78港元。
消息面上，7月3日，工业和信息化部党组书记、部长李乐成主持召开第十五次制造业企业座谈会，再次明确将引导光伏企业推动落后产能有序退出。交银国际证券指出，政策密集吹风，中央对光伏行业目前困境的重视程度进一步提高，也已深刻了解困境成因并决心解决，后续针对性的实质性政策有望出台，光伏供给侧将迎转机。
瑞银表示，当局决心遏制内卷式竞争，行业将保持自律减产及价格管控，而政府、行业协会及企业层面将出台更多政策支持，淘汰落后产能并遏制价格竞争，目前相信下半年基本面可能持续受压，长远而言供需失衡的情况改善则有助提振市场情绪。
