据路透报道，一位熟悉情况的消息人士透露，美国商务部周四通知GE航空航天(GE Aerospace)，再次允许该公司向中国商飞（COMAC）出口喷气发动机，取消了几周前发布的许可证暂停令。
本周，美国还取消了对芯片设计软件和乙烷等其他行业的限制，表明贸易紧张局势进一步缓和。
GE航空航天的许可证影响到出售给中国国有航空航天制造商中国商飞的发动机。中国商飞正在开发商用飞机，以与主要飞机制造商空中客车(Airbus)和波音竞争。
据熟悉情况的人士称，这些许可证将为中国商飞的C919单通道飞机提供Leap-1C发动机，并为中国商飞的C909支线喷气飞机提供GE的CF34发动机。
LEAP 1-C发动机是GE航空航天与法国赛峰(Safran)的合资企业的产品。
另一位不愿透露姓名的人士称，周四至少还有一家航空航天公司也被恢复了对华出口许可证。
