智通财经APP获悉，近日，蚂蚁国际与国际掉期与衍生工具协会(ISDA)在新加坡金融管理局“Project Guardian”支持下，联合发布《代币化存款在交易银行业务中的应用》白皮书，推动代币化存款与共享分类账在跨境支付及外汇结算领域的发展，并提出代币化存款技术的基本原则和标准。

报告综合各方的技术专长、外汇支付经验及广泛行业资源，主要内容包括三方面：首先提出代币化存款的设计原则和行业标准并确保互操作性；其次，系统阐述基于共享分类账技术的支付体系关键风险及应对措施；此外，通过交易银行业务的实际用例验证其可行性。

据测算，此框架有望将跨境交易成本降低12.5%，到2030年可为企业节省逾500亿美元支出。作为配套支撑，ISDA基于现有框架，特别制定适用于外汇交易场景的代币化存款标准文件，为技术应用提供完备的合规保障。

蚂蚁国际与ISDA均表示，未来“Project Guardian”外汇行业组将持续拓展共享分类账及代币化存款的应用场景，通过开发更多数字经济用例推动技术应用。相关工作包括：对接现有银行系统架构、支持其他数字资产集成，确保大型和中小型企业均能受益于该项创新技术。
