2025年5月26日，中诚信国际公布评级报告，特变电工股份有限公司2025年面向专业投资者公开发行科技创新可续期公司债券(高成长产业债)(第一期)(品种一)获“AAA”评级。
中诚信国际肯定了特变电工股份有限公司（以下简称“特变电工”或“公司”）在输变电领域突出的行业地位和规模优势、业务多元化发展且具有协同效应、各产业综合竞争力强、融资渠道畅通等方面的优势。同时中诚信国际也关注到多晶硅板块经营压力加大、在建项目未来资金需求大、子公司众多加大管理压力等对其经营和整体信用状况造成的影响。
资料显示，公司系经新疆维吾尔自治区股份制试点联审小组批准（新体改〔1993〕095号批文）以定向募集方式于1993年设立的股份有限公司。后经多次增资扩股，公司于1997年于上海证券交易所上市（600089.SH）。目前，公司主营业务为输变电产业、新能源业务、能源业务及新材料业务等，2024年实现营业总收入978.67亿元。
