在2025年6月份，该集团于安徽省合肥市新增项目2个，总楼面面积259,934平方米，总土地成本人民币1,631,560,000元。从2025年1月1日至6月30日期间，该集团累计新增总楼面面积 1,328,263平方米，总土地成本人民币6,187,040,000元
