于2025年7月4日，合共2.15亿股新H股分别占经配发及发行的配售股份扩大后已发行H股数目的约13.15%及已发行股份总数的约12.76%，已由本公司按每股配售股份18.25港元的配售价成功配发及发行予不少于六名承配人，而该等承配人均为独立专业人士、机构及╱或其他投资者，其最终实益拥有人均为独立第三方。
