YHI International Incorporates Joint Venture Company in China; Shares Down Over 1%

YHI International (SGX:BPF) incorporated a joint venture company in China, named SZYKZY, with an issued and paid up share capital of 5 million yuan, according to Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the company were down over 1% in recent trading.
SZYKZY will undertake general projects related to property management, park management, leasing and landscaping engineering construction.
The company's indirect wholly owned subsidiary, YHI Advanti Manufacturing (Suzhou) has a 30% stake in the joint venture company while HJSY has a 70% stake.
