金融界7月4日消息，有投资者在互动平台向中国中铁提问：证监发行字〔2007〕303 号规定，发行情况报告书中公告各发行对象的申购报价情况。贵公司于 2015年 7 月 16 日询价完成非公开发行并发布了公告，适用该规定。然而，在披露中没有查阅到申购报价信息，即每个投资者申购股票的具体价格。如果公司已披露，请说明文件名称及该内容所在页码。如果未披露，请说明是否违背证监发行字〔2007〕303 号，为什么该规定要求披露而公司没有披露。如果公司认为披露符合监管规定，请具体说明原因。
