Abcourt Mines Inc. has successfully closed a US$8 million secured financing facility with Nebari Natural Resources Credit Fund II, LP. The 36-month loan will enable Abcourt to commence production activities at the Sleeping Giant Mine, including constructing worker accommodations, advancing tailing facilities, and initiating production in the mine's upper levels. This investment marks a pivotal move towards achieving commercial production status for the high-grade gold mine. The agreement includes a first priority senior security on Abcourt's assets and a finder's fee of 1% of the principal amount to an external party.
