ikeGPS Group (ASX:IKE, NZE:IKE) said Chief Financial Officer Brian Musfeldt resigned, effective July 15, to pursue another opportunity, according to a Wednesday filing with the New Zealand bourse.
A formal search process to appoint a new CFO is underway, the filing said.
The company's shares were down 1% in recent Wednesday trade in New Zealand.
