消息面上，据云顶新耀官微消息，7月1日，云顶新耀宣布新一代共价可逆布鲁顿酪氨酸激酶(BTK)抑制剂EVER001(又名：XNW1011)在治疗原发性膜性肾病(primary membranous nephropathy，pMN)的1b/2a期临床试验最新阶段性数据取得积极结果，持续展现有效性与安全性。云顶新耀拥有这款产品用于肾病治疗的全球权益。
据介绍，EVER001安全性和耐受性良好，与此前观察结果一致。绝大部分报告的不良事件均为1级或2级，未观察到在其他共价非可逆BTK抑制剂上常见的有临床意义的不良事件，如出血，心律失常，严重感染，严重肝功能损伤等。这些数据进一步显示，EVER001在原发性膜性肾病的患者中有效且耐受性良好，支持EVER001具有治疗以蛋白尿为特征的自身免疫性肾小球疾病的潜力。
