消息面上，据再鼎医药官微消息，6月30日，再鼎医药宣布，评估贝玛妥珠单抗联合化疗(mFOLFOX6)作为一线治疗的III期FORTITUDE-101临床研究在预设的中期分析中达到了其主要终点总生存期(OS)。在FGFR2b过表达且非HER2阳性的不可切除的局部晚期或转移性胃癌或胃食管结合部(G/GEJ)癌患者中，贝玛妥珠单抗联合化疗对比与安慰剂联合化疗，在总生存期(OS)方面显示出具有显著统计学意义和临床意义的改善。
据介绍，再鼎医药拥有在中国内地、中国香港、中国澳门和中国台湾省地区研发和商业化贝玛妥珠单抗的权利。贝玛妥珠单抗已获得中国国家药品监督管理局药品审评中心(CDE)授予的突破性疗法认定，用于治疗FGFR2b阳性胃癌及胃食管结合部癌。
此外，一项贝玛妥珠单抗联合化疗及纳武利尤单抗一线治疗胃癌患者的III期研究也正在进行，数据预计在2025年下半年公布。
