宏安地产(01243.HK) 旗下鸭脷洲Coasto于七一假期再录成交，成交单位为高层两房开放式厨房单位23楼A室，全盘至今接近沽清，仅余下1伙分层单位及5伙特色单位待售。
宏安地产执行董事程德韵表示，Coasto的分层单位仅余最后1伙高层两房单位25楼A室，以120天现金付款计划计算，折扣后售价为890.4万元，呎价为24,000元。另外，项目余下5伙特色单位待售。
她透露，现时集团正积极部署推售同属邻近利东站的平澜街项目，有望最快于今年第四季推出市场应市。(sl/u)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
