Emeren Group expects to record a non-cash impairment of no less than $20 million in the second quarter.
The impairment will be on global property, plant and equipment, primarily reflecting an updated fair value assessment of certain power station assets, the Norwalk, Conn., solar company said Thursday.
Emeren plans to release its full second-quarter results around mid-August.
