公司已委聘方圆企业服务集团(香港)有限公司向公司提供公司秘书服务支持及方圆已提名钟明辉先生担任联席公司秘书、法律程序代理人及授权代表。
于2025年6月27日召开的公司2024年年度股东会上，张广平先生获选举为第二届董事会执行董事，于年度股东会后，公司召开董事会会议，张广平先生已获选举为董事长，其任期自2025年6月27日起至第二届董事会任期届满之日止。
