智通财经APP讯，易居企业控股(02048)发布公告，2024年年报载有核数师对2024财年有关本公司持续经营能力以及本公司解决持续经营问题的计划和措施不发表意见。就此，本公司谨此向股东提供最新消息，自 2024年年报刊发以来，本公司一直积极与其债权人直接或透过其财务顾问沟通，商讨其境外债务(即旧票据及可换股票据)的新重组计划条款，并希望于2025年下半年取得重大进展。此外，本公司持续削减成本(包括但不限于减少员工及营运成本、广告及推广开支)，以维持其所有业务部门的经营溢利。本公司认为，有效的成本控制及债务重组的最终成功将改善本集团的财务状况，并提供流动资金及现金流，让本集团继续以持续经营基准营运。
