Motorcycle Holdings Gets New Bull on Dealership Deal -- Market Talk

0045 GMT - Motorcycle Holdings's acquisition of seven dealerships from Peter Stevens Motorcycles prompts Morgans to upgrade the stock to buy from accumulate. The deal includes four dealerships selling Harley Davidson motorbikes and sees Motorcycle Holdings gain a presence in Perth and Adelaide for the first time. Analyst Jared Gelsomino views the price tag on the deal as highly compelling. "Despite Motorcycle Holdings's strong share-price performance over the last 12 months, we believe a significant opportunity remains for the combined group ahead," Morgans says.
