原标题：陇南：在暴雨中架起“通讯桥梁”

新甘肃客户端陇南讯（新甘肃·甘肃日报记者 王煜宇）记者从中国电信陇南分公司获悉，受7月3日凌晨局地出现的暴雨及大暴雨袭击，陇南市武都区、康县、徽县、文县等县区部分地区通信受灾。据统计，全市主要通信线路受损84公里、杆路受损131根、基站供电中断退服58个。

　　灾情发生后，中国电信陇南分公司成立了抢险指挥部，第一时间启动应急通信保障预案，快速调集专业抢修力量，紧急调配应急物资，前往受灾严重地区抢修。应急保障过程中，面对道路塌方、水流湍急等重重险阻，一线人员分工明确，爬山蹚河，肩扛光缆、油机和应急通信等设备想方设法进入受灾区域，争分夺秒排查故障。

工作人员克服重重困难，进入受灾区。

　　截至发稿时间，中国电信陇南分公司共出动抢修车辆31台，抢修人员84人次，临时布放光缆36公里，发电油机3台次，调拨卫星电话4部，恢复基站31处，3个乡镇通信已恢复。

　　据了解，中国电信陇南分公司将继续加强与气象、应急等部门的联动，24小时全天候预警，密切关注汛情变化，做好充分应对准备，确保关键时刻迅速响应、有效处置。
