新股消息 | 苹果电池供应商欣旺达拟赴港IPO，推进公司全球化战略
欣旺达发布公告称，为深入推进公司全球化战略，打造国际化资本运作平台，提升国际品牌形象及综合竞争力，公司拟发行境外上市外资股(H股)股票，并申请在香港联交所主板挂牌上市。
资料显示，欣旺达电子股份有限公司成立于1997年12月9日，公司主营业务涉及锂离子电池模组的研发、设计、生产及销售。主营业务收入构成为：消费类电池54.27%，电动汽车类电池27.02%，其他15.33%，储能系统类3.37%。
根据欣旺达发布的2025年第一季度报告，该公司营业收入为122.89亿元，同比增长11.97%。归属于上市公司股东的净利润为3.86亿元，同比增长21.23%。
