智通财经APP获悉，稳定币概念股拉升走强，截至发稿，国泰君安国际(01788)涨19.43%，报4.6港元；多点数智(02586)涨18.49%，报13.2港元；胜利证券(08540)涨7.02%，报6.25港元；中国光大控股(00165)涨6.22%，报8.03港元。
消息面上，7月2日，香港财经事务与库务局局长许正宇表示，《稳定币条例》将于今年八月一日生效，届时香港金融管理局（金管局）将开始接受牌照申请。目前，金管局正就落实条例的具体指引进行市场咨询，争取尽快订立指引。此前，国泰君安国际获批虚拟资产交易资格，成为首家可提供全方位虚拟资产相关交易服务的香港中资券商。此外，报道称，多家公募基金香港子公司目前正紧锣密鼓参与稳定币生态，包括稳定币沙盒测试、筹备设计和发行虚拟资产相关产品等。
开源证券认为，稳定币迎来“奇点”时刻，产业大趋势已至。该行指出，稳定币的应用场景从加密货币交易向更广泛的支付领域扩展，市场规模及交易活跃度迅速提升；美国、中国香港等地区相继推出稳定币法案，有望推动稳定币市场健康发展。此外，全球第二大稳定币厂商Circle自上市以来股价表现亮眼，引发市场高度关注。该行看好稳定币及RWA市场投资机遇。
