智通财经APP讯，歌礼制药-B(01672)发布公告，小分子口服GLP-1受体(GLP-1R)激动剂ASC30治疗肥胖症的美国13周IIa期研究(NCT07002905)已完成首批受试者给药，受试者为肥胖人群或伴有至少一种体重相关合并症的超重人群。
由歌礼自主研发的ASC30是首款也是唯一一款既可每日一次口服也可每月一次皮下注射的用于治疗肥胖症的在研小分子GLP-1R偏向激动剂。
“我们很高兴ASC30美国13周IIa期研究进度提前，已于6月开展受试者筛选并于近日完成了首批受试者给药。”歌礼创始人、董事会主席兼首席执行官吴劲梓博士表示，“预计于2025年第四季度获得该项IIa期研究的顶线数据，对此我们充满期待。作为一种小分子药物，如获批，ASC30有望提供每日一次口服和每月一次皮下注射两种给药选择治疗肥胖症。”
