OpenLearning (ASX:OLL) signed a five-year usage-based platform software-as-a-service agreement with Education Centre of Australia (ECA), according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.
ECA will use the company's learning management systems across colleges and divisions from Sept. 1, the filing said.
The minimum contracted fees are expected to be AU$150,000 over five years, and the company expects it not to have a material impact on its finances, the filing added.
Shares of the company rose past 6% in recent Thursday trade.
