特斯拉宣布首批V4超级充电桩正式投入使用，覆盖上海、甘肃、浙江、重庆等地服务区。据特斯拉官方介绍，该批充电桩具有防雨防水等六重保护，且同步向非特斯拉车辆开放。

截至目前，特斯拉超级充电桩全球已突破7万根。中国大陆地区已建设开放超2,100座特斯拉超级充电站，超过1.16万根特斯拉超级充电桩配合2,500多根目的地充电桩，特斯拉充电网络的布局也已经100%覆盖了中国大陆的所有省会城市及直辖市。
