融创中国(1918.HK)执行董事兼主席孙宏斌周一现身股东会，为融创出险后第一次亲自到场参会，之前的两年他都是在线上“露面”。澎湃引述参会人员表示，孙宏斌在会上谈及融创的化债进展，以及未来发展方向时，描绘了融创聚焦核心城市、打造品质项目，还要让地产、物业、文旅运营三项业务齐头并进的蓝图。 孙宏斌指出，公司过去经历过很多困难和风险，不管是再好的行业，杠杆高风险就会很大，所以降杠杆是必须的。尽管面临挑战，融创对未来的发展仍持乐观态度，预计今年的表现将优于去年。孙宏斌认为，融创最困难的时候已经过去。
