智通财经APP获悉，领航医药生物科技(00399)今早放量大升，盘初一度飙涨近2.4倍，随后涨幅逐步收窄。截至发稿，涨67.48%，报0.345港元，成交额1941.78万港元。
消息面上，领航医药生物科技公布，6月30日，公司(作为买方)已与卖方(Northwestern Foundation)及Conflux订立谅解备忘录，内容有关收购目标公司全部股权的潜在收购事项，前提为目标公司按照与公司的协议完成收购Conflux 资产。Conflux为一间于中国香港注册成立的有限公司，主要从事开发区块链技术。公司称正积极发掘新商机，令收益来源多元化，并实施策略计划以提升表现，且公司拟扩充业务至区块链技术，进军数码创新行业。公司认为此举不但可令集团业务更多元化，亦可为集团带来新溢利增长动力。
