消息面上，6月30日，英诺赛科发布公告：国际半导体巨头意法半导体(STM)在原禁售期届满当日，主动承诺未来12个月内不减持任何股份。作为最大基石投资者，意法半导体持有1259.21万股H股，占可流通股份的27%。
华创证券此前指出，英诺赛科长期深耕GaN功率器件领域，是全球首家实现8英寸氮化镓晶圆量产的IDM厂商。作为全球唯一覆盖15V-1200V全电压谱系的氮化镓功率半导体供应商，公司覆盖消费电子、数据中心、新能源车及工业电源等核心应用场景，有望受益各下游应用中GaN渗透带来的业绩增长。
